Let The Highest Good Be Done

I used to ask for protection from negative energies but now I ask for the protection that my soul and soul group are choosing for me, to allow the adversities that it’s in my interests to receive to happen.

I used to ask for every bad situation that brings me down to be removed but I don’t do that anymore.

I let things take their course and allow adversity to be another opportunity to sit with the energies that my soul has called into my life.

I’ve lived long enough to know that beautiful things are born through adversity.

Things that wouldn’t get a chance to blossom if we didn’t go through the destructive fires of transformation first.

Before you can rebuild, you have to tear the old world down.

And that’s why it’s not our task to stop the war in Ukraine, unless doing so is for the highest good.

I don’t pray for peace expecting wars to go away anymore.

I pray for peace knowing peace will find its way to where it can be accepted.

I don’t know the value of the adverse conditions of this war or for what reasons they manifested.

I ask, instead, for the highest good to be supported and for all those involved to be strengthened and receive all they need on their soul journey.

That leaves room for the best outcome to be whatever it needs to be.

Ukraine – Keep The Faith

My life has been immeasurably busy lately.  There’s been a lot going on in terms of familial commitments involving being away from home for a long period.  Despite this, I’ve tried to prioritise healing for the war in Ukraine.

Because I’ve not been in charge of my environment but in the company of others with different habits to mine, I’ve found myself susceptible to receiving information through the media that I would ordinarily have filtered.

In short, I mean, I don’t usually listen, watch or generally take in the news because of its negative bias, doing so helps keep my energy clear.  It’s one of a number of influences that my being has become too sensitive to receive in any significant quantity.  The same is true for TV, music and film, I have to be much more discerning and aware of the energy that’s being activated from media that I’m immersing myself with these days.

So, I have been amazed at how debilitating and draining hearing news broadcast after broadcast about the situation in Ukraine feels.  When I use my energy body to travel to the region, I experience a different kind of energy altogether.  There are many powerful supportive beings of light filling up the atmosphere above the country, pouring down healing, unconditional love, strength, serenity, peace and many supportive energies.  There’s a bubble of love over Ukraine. None of that is visible on the news broadcasts.

I see the souls who are transitioning through death and support some of them.  I see they are fulfilling their soul’s pre-agreed plan.  I know that each, individual transition through death is creating a tremendous burst of energy that increases the power of truth upon the Earth.  Even in death, every being is contributing to the ultimate solution for humanity, through love and peace.  But, of course, on the news, we hear only of another meaningless death and it feels gutting.

The news can’t but help tell the story as it unfolds, and much of that story is very sad and tragic.  However, immersing ourselves in that sad, tragic energy for too long, too deeply, isn’t a good idea when we’re trying to send those souls healing, hope, faith and peace.  I’m not saying don’t watch the news, but please consider how much time you give to that kind of energy, especially if you are involved in sending your healing light and love to the region.  Just make sure you don’t bring yourself down. 

You need to keep yourself strong.  You need to keep your light burning more than ever.  Your love and your power is making all the difference.  We can’t see the difference for a child who receives that loving energy and feels more able to hold it together as they cross the border away from their home, or the soldier who miraculously misses being killed or losing a limb, or the man who is pulled from the wreckage alive after many hours.  We can’t see the difference between hundreds of deaths compared to thousands of deaths.  We can’t see the difference between fortitude and a crushed spirit, between a victim mentality and a survivor attitude.  But it’s there, it’s happening, believe it.  We don’t know how bad it could have been already without all the love and light that’s pouring in.  Don’t give up hope.  The people of Ukraine haven’t.  And I won’t.  Let’s do this together, people.

Compassion At The Heart Of Our Connection

Of late, you may have noticed I’ve cut my posts down to two a week. However, I’m feeling drawn to make additional posts at the moment, in order to share developments and insights coming through during my energy healing for the crisis in Ukraine.

I continue to be blown away by an awareness of many beings who are energetically present over Ukraine, they are sending so much healing and protective energy to the people and the land. There are many beings there from the inner planes and many who are living on Earth, visiting in their meditations, people like you and me. Perhaps you are amongst them.

As I’ve said before, in addition to sending energies to Ukraine, I also focus on sending healing energies to the Russian President. I am immersing him in the violet flame ray of transformation and bathing him in the soft pink light of unconditional love. Then, I’m placing drops of golden liquid light into his crown chakra to bring in the energy of divinity. Finally, I’m placing a rainbow crystal into his energy field. This crystal looks like a regular quartz crystal except it’s blue in colour and it directs rainbow light that carries codes and templates specific to his needs into his being.

As I was doing this tonight, I sensed that the two energies most in need of dissolving within his being are anger and a deep, almost hidden feeling of unworthiness.

So, it is the energies of inner peace to quell the anger alongside divinity and unconditional love bringing him to worthiness that he needs to receive the most.

This will help counteract the patterns and triggers he expresses as aggression and a sense of entitlement, which are displayed in his actions.

I know it may feel like going against the grain to make him the focus of healing but I feel this is a critical part of the overall solution.

If we energetically match his anger by directing our anger towards him, we are only increasing anger. If we feel hatred for him and direct that, we are fuelling his arrogant and haughty behaviours and attitude.

It’s only natural to feel anger and dislike for someone who behaves like him, but what are we trying to achieve here and how do we become the bigger person?

If he, or anyone else, provokes those feelings in us, we do have the power to choose differently by invoking our higher self rather than our egoic nature.

By all means, feel angry, express that anger. Feel hatred, frustration, fury, despair and deep, deep sadness at what’s going on. Let it flow, let it out, don’t block whatever emotions want to emerge, and don’t feel bad for having them. But don’t stay there. Move on, and when you do, when you embody compassion and love, then you are ready to direct your healing energies where they are needed.

We are living at a time when humanity has the opportunity and power to come together in oneness, with compassion and unconditional love at the heart of our connection. It is this possibility that we are here to actualise.

World Healing For Ukraine

A lot of us are wondering what’s going on with the Earth’s energies that has brought about Russia’s attack on Ukraine and where’s it going to end?

When it all kicked off, I immediately had a vision of all the people who are supporting Ukraine standing in a circle around them as protectors, sending love and peace energies into the arena. I used that as my visualisation to send those energies, especially calling on St Germaine and the 7th Ray ascended masters and the Archangels and Angels. When asked, St Germaine and the 7th Ray masters bring in the powerful violet flame that purifies and transforms energies.

I wondered if the rest of the world countries would get their acts together and go there in the physical to join the circle of protection and support, after all, if everyone else stood up for Ukraine, Russia wouldn’t stand a chance. Then, I realised there was a reason why nobody would go there, Putin has had this planned a long time and he’s made sure everyone’s hands are tied somehow. Then, I found out about the pinky promise.

I would like to share something that a friend shared with me, it’s a helpful way to support children to understand and feel safer, because even at a distance, hearing about war can be quite frightening for our little ones:

“After the BIG playground fight (WW2), lots of popular kids (World leaders) got together and made a big gang (NATO), and all the kids in the gang made a pinky promise (Treaty) to be nice and respectful and not fight each other anymore.

This means not going into each other’s part of the playground (Country) without permission, and not throwing sticks or stones (heavy artillery) at each other, and the UK is part of the gang.

But then a new kid (Ukraine) joined the playground and a big bad bully (Russia) started picking on the new kid, all because he is greedy and bossy and wanted the new kids’ playground space for himself, even though he has one of the biggest spaces in the playground.

But sadly, the new kid is not part of the gang because the big bad bully didn’t want the new kid to join the gang.

We would be breaking our pinky promise if any of the gang members help the new kid fight the bully.

We have all told the bully off and stuck up for the new kid by hiding the bully’s pocket money until the bully stops hurting the new kid (sanctions) and this will hopefully stop the bully from buying more sticks and stones.

We have also given the new kid lots of our own sticks and stones to fight the bully, because this is not breaking the pinky promise!

Even though it’s really, really sad, all we can do now is stand on the edge of the playground and watch and give moral support to the new kid, because we are not allowed to fight the bully for them, not without breaking the pinky promise.

BUT… if the bully breaks the pinky promise and comes into our part of the playground (UK) without permission and throws a stick or stone at us, then the whole gang (NATO) will come to help us and we will ALL jump on top of the bully and beat him up.”

Every time I go over to the region in my meditations, I visit both Ukraine (for the Ukrainian people and the Russian soldiers) and Vladimir Putin and his advisors in Russia. I invoke the violet flame of transformation and purification, also adding in golden drops of liquid light which bring in the energy of divinity, soft pink unconditional love energy and place rainbow light codes into their energy fields. I’m aiming to do this twice a day.

Already, I’m picking up a change in the energy for the better. There’s so much positivity and love and compassion coming at Ukraine that the fear and hate and aggression coming from its aggressors is being gradually diminished, as long as we focus on love and peace, not fear or anger.

Please, if you are one who is sending your energies, please remember that your anger, hurt, hate, frustration or any other negative energy is not needed, it will only escalate the situation. 

Please send only peace, love, serenity and compassion, EVEN to the bullies!  They need to be transformed the most.

Please don’t forget that the Russian people are not a part of this, most don’t want war and are horrified that their sons, fathers, brothers and husbands are being sent out there to fight.  Please send love to the Russian soldiers, they are following orders which, like all soldiers, are strongly fixed in their energy, but we live in extraordinary times, the power of our ability to manifest peace is incredible right now, send them love and peace and they will start to lose faith in their mission.

Putin IS losing power and energy.  He is doubting his plans and his monkey mind is feeding his fears of failure before the eyes of the world.  Meanwhile, Ukraine is being empowered and is acting with dignity and a pure heart in the face of death. 

We can all do this from a distance.  We have the power, YOU have the power!  Keep it up, keep believing, keep sending peace and love.
