Wandering Womb

Did you know that in the ancient world there was this idea that the womb could wander around inside a woman’s body?

The thought was, it was a being inside our being, a living thing, some called it an animal, some a beast.

Further, they believed it was sensitive to odours and would move towards pleasant smells and away from unpleasant ones. Thus, they treated a displaced womb by wafting scents over the body.

They postulated that a misplaced womb was the cause of hysteria.

Incredible, hey? There’s nothing like that in the body, is there? Well, actually there is a living being inside our bodies, and not only women. It’s not one that exists at the physical level. As you may know, energy manifests at various frequencies and as it becomes denser, it manifests at the noetic level, that’s the world of ideas, and then denser still at the emotional level and finally, densest of all, the physical.

There’s a great deal that exists on Earth at an emotional level but not physical, and yet has consciousness. Of course, the disbelievers will want material proof and that’s a problem, but many people have their own proof, called personal experience.

I’m referring to spirits, such as those our ancestors have experienced for tens of thousands of years. Our own departed loved ones. Mythical creatures such as unicorns and dragons. Angels and beings from the stars. And plant, tree, landscape and elemental beings.

And it’s of these last that I refer with regards the wandering womb. You see, every human, animal and living creature on Earth, not just plants and trees, has an elemental being attached to them from their birth to death.

This being has a job, the same, no matter what it’s attached to. It’s to support that entity in growing, living and expressing it’s divine blueprint.

Can you imagine what a difficult job elementals have with us humans? We, the ones with the free will to go our own way? We are least likely of all to live with a pure intention to express the divine on Earth, that is our blueprint. If we did, our bodies would be flexible, healthy, full of vitality and of the ideal proportions and weight.

Unfortunately, we abuse our bodies dreadfully, and our poor old elemental is overwhelmed by our behaviours that make its job untenable. The same is true of our mental and emotional selves, indeed, every expression of our being is tested to the limit. And then there’s our lifecycle and ways of living. No longer being conscious of our place within the web of life, no longer honouring the Earth and all our animal sisters and brothers, or the plants and trees, or the soil. No longer honouring ourselves or each other. We go through some vital transitions such as adolescence, life partnership, becoming a parent, menopause, retirement and death. In the past, there were rituals which informed and supported our elemental, allowing us to transition smoothly, but nowadays we mostly ignore these events.

What do you think all this misalignment with the emotional consciousness that guides all our systems might create? Yes, hysteria. In other words, a whole heap of common and severe mental health conditions. Not to mention physical conditions. So, maybe the ancient Greeks did have an inkling about what was going on.

If you could talk to your elemental, which you can, what would you say?

If you could hear your elemental, which you can by opening your channel and accepting what comes to you, what do you think it would say to you?

When I did this, the first thing I said was, “I’m so sorry.”

Conscious Eating

I just went outside and sat at the table on my patio to eat a delicious plate of freshly sliced mango and banana. I sat down and admired the distant sea view, remembering the first time I saw that view, on Valentines Day last year when I came to see the house as a prospective buyer. And that thought took me to another and another thought, and choo! choo! I was racing away on the thought train.

I looked down, I had nearly finished the plate of fruit and not a single sentiment of gratitude or recognition of the pleasure of eating this fine fruit had passed my lips.

I put my fork down, sat back and took a deep breath. Before I ate another morsel, I now chose to consciously connect with the experience of eating.

First, I spoke my gratitude out loud to Mother Earth and her soul, Goddess Gaia. To the Creator, the Elemental Kingdom, all the trees and plants. To the elements of fire, earth, air and water. To the animals, birds, insects, reptiles and sea creatures. I took a bite of mango, it was delicious, sweet and juicy. Mmmmm. I savoured each mouthful and thought of the nourishment this fruit was bringing to my being.

As I finished, I took a deep breath and felt that breath as nourishment also. It was air, yes, but I could detect the moisture in it, I was also taking in the element of water. And I was taking in the light with each breath, the element of fire.

This is how I wish to eat, consciously. Gratefully.

Do You Know What an Elemental Is?

There are beings that embody fire, earth, air and water. They are nature beings, tree spirits, plant divas and landscape beings. They are the conscious beings that inhabit the invisible world of the Earth, embodying the consciousness of nature.

Elementals are everywhere, every living being on Earth is paired with one. It is necessary, to activate the Earth connection with our planet because we are all a part of nature. You have one, I have one, every dog, cat, animal, being and creature on the planet has one.

Our personal elemental awaits our conception in the womb and is with us from birth until the moment we transition to the inner planes, at our death.

Elementals are not like us, not only are they not physical, they don’t have free will.  They have a job to do, an allocated task and that is their meaning and existence.  They are like the Earthly equivalent of angels in some ways, although elementals are often not what we would call beautiful in appearance, they can appear somewhat alien and behave rather detached, even seem unpleasant.  They are not, they are simply being true to their purpose and expression.  All elementals belong to the Elemental Kingdom, as we belong to humanity.

I have known about my own personal elemental for some years and speak to it frequently during meditations. Recently, it appeared to me for the first time. I saw a face and was given a name.

The personal elemental that goes through life with us has a remit to support our body energetically, extending through emotional, mental and physical manifestation. They work energetically through a neuro-psychological system, sending messages throughout the body and being, keeping pathways open and removing blockages wherever possible. They are present to ensure everything is in balance energetically and they weave energy, using movements and sound to keep our being online. There are times when they become confused, especially around transitions such as puberty and menopause. People of the past held ceremonies at such times to help people and their elementals to energetically make adjustments necessary for a smooth transition but modern society doesn’t uphold these processes anymore. Many elementals are confused and become out of synch with their human being. This manifests as physical symptoms.

There’s a healing system called Neurolink or Neuro Integration System (NIS) and after several treatments, I came to realise that this system is in direct connection with my elemental, bringing it back online, supporting all the manners in which it had become confused and overwhelmed, even though the practitioner wasn’t aware of it. It’s wonderful to know we have healing processes that dynamically heal and enliven our connection and we can make a healing connection with our elemental in several ways if we know how. We can use shamanic healing, acupressure, hypnotherapy or simply by visualisation and intent.

I’ve been working with my personal elemental for some time. I asked the Elemental Kingdom to update the connection between us and heal any issues and I’ve noticed changes, culminating recently in a direct connection with my elemental being. I realise that numerous conditions in my body have been a struggle for my elemental as well as for me, and some conditions have been the outcome of that struggle, especially where the nervous system is concerned.

Here are the conditions I’ve struggled with over the years; tinnitus, migraine aura, arthritis (osteo and rheumatoid), sensory processing disorder, dyspraxia, disordered eating and patella femoral pain syndrome. I’m working on fixing these issues with the help of my personal elemental, who is now more aligned with my being.

I feel it’s the tinnitus, migraine and sensory processing problems that have manifested as a result of my personal elemental being confused and I’m hoping to see a change in those conditions, going forwards. I’m delighted to have met my elemental and look forward to further developing our relationship, for the betterment of my body and being.

Talking With Plants: The Japanese Knotweed Conversation

A while ago, I considered purchasing a house with lots of Japanese knotweed growing in the garden. I’ve heard the horror stories but don’t easily succumb to fearful talk. So, I tuned into the plant diva of Japanese knotweed to find out more.

Japanese knotweed, or JK as I came to address this incredible plant, turned out to be welcoming and forthright. Far from a destructive nightmare, JK is a high vibration, powerful healing plant consciousness, waiting to co-create with humans.

When I opened my channel to communicate, first, I offered a heartfelt apology for previously pointing out the presence of JK plants opposite my house that were subsequently poisoned. Here’s the communication I received:

“It is with delight that we hear your voice and we are accepting of the apology and learning that you have faced. We wish to support you in changing your activities, your thinking and your attitude towards our beautiful plant. The plant that you call JK, and we accept that name, is a plant with a great deal to offer humanity and we do understand the concerns that humanity has over the growth rate of our plant and the resilience and robustness of our plant, that is seen as resistance. We have a role, a job to do upon the Earth. A role of collaboration and co-creation with humanity and we wish for our voice to be heard. We wish for persons like yourself who will make a place for us to be heard, and this is our desire.

We wish to reassure you that if you choose to make your home within this garden, it will be a beautiful place and you will find the ability to make connection, not only with ourselves but many other incredibly giving plants whose voices are waiting to be heard.  We are grateful that you have spoken to us in the way that you have, and that you have opened your heart to us, to work together, for we wish to let you know we have much to share and much to teach.  And you may find that, far from being a liability, our presence in your life may be amongst your greatest blessings, thus it is to have a garden full of our presence.  We wish to enliven you to such a possibility.  Whether or not you live at this place and use your time in the garden to connect with the nature beings and plant devas there, we are always available, we are always wishing to hear your voice and for you to hear ours.  We thank you for your true apology, we understand the difficulty that humans face with their perceived limitations concerning plants and their nature.  Let us, together, work to make changes to that attitude, for the relationship we offer has a potential energy and power to open up many peoples’ thinking about their relationship with plants and we are grateful that you have stepped forward to connect with us and to become an ambassador for us in the world.  We are the consciousness, the plant deva of the Japanese knotwood, and we offer you our love.”

Did you notice they referred to themselves as Japanese knotwood rather than knotweed?
The healing power of this edible plant is phenomenal. JK supports pain control, constipation, cramps, bloating, IBS, cancer, Lyme disease, autoimmune issues, brain injury and memory, mood disorders, wound healing, blood pressure, prevention of blood clots, respiratory and lung infections, regulating blood sugar levels and much more. Most of this is down to a couple of active elements in its make-up, resveratrol and emodin.

Young stems that grow in Spring are the edible part, tasting like sour rhubarb. JK can be eaten raw or cooked. Use as you would rhubarb, in savoury or sweet dishes. It works great with strawberries in a tart or fruit pie. Also as pickles, chutney or jams. Try it grilled, tempura style or sautéed in oil and don’t overcook it.

JK eaten raw with cream cheese and raisins

When harvesting in the wild, there are some lookalike plants you will need to avoid, so make sure you know what you’re doing. In many areas, JK is treated with strong chemicals, so ensure your source is indisputably untreated. Avoid roadsides, due to exhaust pollution. It’s not for you if you’re anaemic and it’s not good to eat too much at a time.

JK syrup and a biodegradable drinking straw made from last year’s JK stalks

When it grows again next Spring, I’m hoping to test whether chronic migraine can be added to the list of helped conditions, I’ve got a good feeling about this.

Have you ever tried opening up to communication with plants? Personally, I love connecting with the ones we (unfortunately) call weeds. Dandelion and nettle are encouraged in my garden, I look on them as loving and giving friends.

Walking in Nature

If you go into nature with a spiritual demeanour, this is how it might be done.

Call in your guides, soul and soul group.

Set your protection.

Embody love and peace throughout your being.

Move through the landscape slowly and sit down when you find a spot that draws you.

Notice everything.

Every rustle, every leaf fall, every scent, sound, feeling.

Notice, especially, every sensation of your body. Every intuitive inclination.

Notice when the breeze is busy and when it ceases. Hear the rustling leaves as they greet you.

Everything is language, everything is aware of you, talking to you.

Really understand, there is no separation.

You are communing with the invisible.

I don’t mean the birds, animals, trees, they are the mediators through which the invisible speaks.

You are in the presence of the consciousness of nature. The elemental kingdom.

So, introduce yourself and invite a reply.

You are addressing the tree spirits, plant spirits, earth, air, fire and water beings.

They don’t communicate with thoughts or words.

Yet, they perceive your body and sense your feelings.

Communicate by broadcasting your emotions and use gestures and body movements to express your intentions.

Feelings and body gestures build a bridge between us and the nature beings.

Put rational mind aside, it is no use to you here, try not to understand, only to feel.

Your Amazing Super-Sensitive Healing Hand

Our body is an amazing super-sensitive instrument in ways we don’t ordinarily notice. Think of it as a mass of minute nerve endings that can detect electrical pulses and energetic vibrations. We can’t ordinarily see or hear these impulses but if we tune in, we might learn to perceive them.

Have you ever had a feeling in your body, like a tingle up your spine, and looked around to find someone looking back?

Our body’s language is so subtle, we need to really slow down and tune in to appreciate what our body can do and how it’s designed to communicate with us.

We require a silent, undisturbed environment at a time when we are at our leisure. When you find yourself in such a space just hold out a hand and move it through the air ever so slowly. Focus on the sensations and feelings you experience. Now move it really slowly towards the back of your other hand. Feel the subtle energies around your hand creating pull and resistance. Now swap hands and repeat and you’ll find that each hand responds with a different intensity. This is one way to identify which is your prominent healing hand.

One hand will be more sensitive than the other, this may alter at different times, so test it out a few times to clarify the hand that’s your most consistent sensitive tool.

Once you know your prominent hand, go for a walk in nature and whilst you are calm and relaxed, take your awareness to your prominent hand. Become tuned into the feeling of it and it will start to display sensations that are like a radar picking up energy around you.

With practice, you can ask yourself questions and the sensations will guide you, perhaps to find a special tree or to the presence of elementals or spirits. You can also use it to identify places with high vibrations or low ones where healing is needed.

By turning your hand very slowly, you can also follow the intensity of the sensations as they guide you in a specific direction. I sometimes go on guided walks in this way, asking the elemental kingdom to show where to go. It’s a great way to find yourself in some magical places and I love using my energy hand like this especially when I’m amongst trees.

A Sacred Grove

Yesterday, I set off from my home on foot to walk up my mountain and there I found what I’ve been looking for ever since I moved to this locality six months ago.  I found my sacred place in nature where my own special tree was waiting for me.

I finally reached a place I’ve been meaning to go.  It’s an old quarry, a sunken world, now totally reclaimed by nature.  More than that, it has become nature’s temple.

This sacred grove is isolated, on private land that I have unrestricted access to, it sits far away from paths or human places.  It is left entirely in peace.  It’s a wet, soggy hollow with woods of oak, willow and hazel, some birch on the higher slopes.  On one side hangs a high cliff-face of earth and greenery.  It abounds with bracken and bramble, ferns and moss.  There are sparkly drusy quartz-covered stones, glinting in the undergrowth, bedrock long since quarried and abandoned.  Corvids hold court here, the jackdaws, rooks, crows and majestic ravens are all around, calling and swooping through the woods.  Also in attendance are robins, blackbirds and little jenny wrens.

It was exciting when I finally came upon the narrow entranceway that led down into the wide amphitheatre of lush green mystery.  Three oaks called to me as I passed, on each I saw the face of its accompanying tree spirit.  I knew the moment I approached the third oak that this is the one that’s been waiting for me.  All the trees are bedecked from head to toe in moss, a veritable green world, this is.

Having formally approached up to the edge of the canopy, I asked permission of the oak to draw near.  I placed my hands on the broad trunk and bent my forehead to the bark, giving my name and asking the tree for his, which was received.  I sent my love to this tree, and through it, to the great oak consciousness.  Then, I sat at the foot with my back to the trunk and opened myself to the energy of nature, but not before opening my mouth and throat to sing of my power from the depth of my lungs.  As shamanka, my song lets the spirits of this sacred place see me, know me and feel my authenticity, integrity and power. I am demonstrating my right to be here. My raw notes rang out loudly, echoing through the grove, unheard by human, but a wind appeared from nowhere and met my song, letting a shower of oak leaves fall with each piercing note, ceasing to stillness only as the last note trailed away.

Eventually, I moved further down the wide corridor of the grove into further wetness until I reached the opposite end.  Thank goodness I wore my wellies.  From there, I climbed up to find the sky and summit as I tried to find a shorter way home, but it was not to be.  All in all, I was up on the mountain for just short of five glorious hours yesterday.  Now, I sit cosy in my little tree house, knowing my sacred grove and beloved oak tree await me for another day and another adventure.

Granma Wisdom at the Beach

“Sweetie, look at that ray of sunshine coming down through that cloud there, straight as an arrow.  Look at how it’s lighting up the drops of water coming off the waves.”

“Oh, yes Granma, I see it!  And those drops look like diamonds!”

“Yes, beautiful, aren’t they, the way they sparkle.  I would say that’s magic.  That’s the magic of the elementals, that’s what happens when the fire elementals in the ray of light play with the water elementals in the droplets.  Sweetie, we’re lucky to see this magic today, what a gift!  Not many people will notice such a moment as this.”

“Really?”

“Look about the beach, look at the people, how many do you think have noticed?”

“Ummm… most people are playing on the beach and not looking out to sea…oh look, Granma!  There’s a lady over there, she’s looking out to sea, maybe she can see the diamonds!”

“Yes, and she’s got a lovely, peaceful smile on her face, maybe she can.”

“Granma, what do you think it’s like to be a water droplet coming off a wave?”

“Well, I expect it might be exhilarating.”

“What does that mean?”

“Let me see, it’s a word that packs in a lot of meaning.  It means exciting, perhaps breathtaking, thrilling, something that’s inspiring.  And also, I think it might feel a bit scary, you know, being so high and away from the sea, their home.  See the way they spin high up into the air and then freefall back into the sea?  For a few moments, it’s as though they’re getting a separate life of their own, not being part of the sea anymore.  Just like you.”

“What do you mean, Granma, I’m not the sea.”

“Well dear, just like the water droplets, we belong to something so vast that we are not even aware we’re a part of it.  And we’re experiencing the same exhilarating separation as the droplets when we live our lives.”

“Granma, I don’t know what you mean…?”

“Do you remember when we talked about how you’re mostly energy, and that you’re really like a pillar of light?  And that you’ve chosen to become the person you are to live the life you’re experiencing?”

“Yes, I remember, you said I’m a divine being.  So, you mean that living my life as a person is like being a droplet of water separated from the sea?”

“Yes!  Exactly so!  You got it, sweetheart.  Think of it this way, do you ever feel like the you that exists inside yourself can ever truly express all of itself to anyone else?”

“I know what you mean, Granma!  It’s like, nobody can understand how many thoughts I have and how many feelings I have and how much fun and happiness  I can feel or how much hurt or sadness I can feel, that stuff just is impossible to explain properly, I’ve tried.  You have to keep it to yourself.  And I thought that, probably, everybody else must feel like that too.  Probably, everybody is experiencing that same powerful feeling about themselves and we all don’t get to share very much of ourselves, really, do we, Granma?”

“Sweetie, you are wise for your years and I always said so. You are right. We’re all experiencing a deep and powerful involvement with ourselves inside. We simply can’t share that with anybody else, not to the depth that we feel it within ourselves. And that feeling is our ocean. That’s our divine nature. It just simply cannot be explained in words, so we can’t talk about it.”

“I’m confused, Granma, are you saying that we are the sea?”

“Our sea is the vastness that is the Creator, the divine source.  It’s who we really are, just like the droplet of water’s a single droplet that’s really the vast sea.  Look inside that droplet and what do you find?”

“Water.”

“Yes, water, exactly the same as the sea.”

“Granma, do you think the droplet is sad when it goes back in the sea and isn’t a droplet anymore?”

“Goodness, no!  How could it possibly be sad to be home, to be the truth of itself?  To be never feeling that sense of fear or separation.  I like to think that droplet loves its moment in the air but is never happier than when its at home, being the sea.

But you gotta remember, sweetie, like us, that droplet is always only ever the sea anyway.”

Granma Wisdom

“Granma, where about in the garden will I find the fire spirits?”

“Well, think about that for a moment, where about in the garden is there heat?”

“I don’t know.”

“Where’s there transformation?”

“Don’t know, Granma.”

“In the compost heap, of course!”

“Is that where they’ll be?”

“Yes!”

“Granma, what are they like?”

“Well, they don’t come across as friendly as the other elementals, not at first.  They’re very focused on their work and they don’t seem so interested in us humans as much as the others.  They move fast, faster than even the air spirits.”

“Granma, when I breathe, does an air spirit come out of my mouth?”

“Hee, hee, hee, bless you, no! What comes out is the air, air spirits are not the air, they’re the invisible beings who work with air’s energy and transform it into a higher, purer energy for us all.”

“How do they do that?”

“By movement, dancing and weaving, and by nurturing the energy and spinning it together, taking it down into the Earth and up into the highest heights, unifying it until it shines with brilliant light and love.”

“Wow, Granma, that sounds so cool!  What happens then?”

“The energy they create transforms our world into a magical world and we breathe it in.  Have you noticed that when we go for our walks, we go to some places that feel alive, full of magic and then we go to other places that feel dead or asleep?”

“Yes, Granma, you always point it out.”

“Well, where it feels so wonderful, that’s where there are lots of nature spirits getting on with their dancing and weaving and making their magic, and it’s food for our souls.  We humans need it to keep us healthy, all the animals do, everything does.  But where it feels dead or dormant, the spirits of earth, air, fire and water aren’t there anymore, or they’re there but can’t do their work.”

“Why can’t they do their work?”

“Oh, there are lots of reasons, but it’s always because humans have interfered with things.  Maybe a waterway has been blocked or diverted, a tree has had the branches it uses to direct energy across the landscape lopped off.  Maybe the hedgerows have been torn out that were creating harmony across the fields.  Most people can’t see energy like you and me, sweetie.  People don’t think about it and they do things that destroy the nature spirits’ homes and work, without realising.”

“Aw, that’s so sad, Granma.”

“Yes, it is.  That’s why we go out with the rattles and the chimes and make our chants, we’re bringing healing to those areas so the nature beings can come back.”

“I love that we do that, Granma.  When I get older, I’m going to tell everybody all about what the earth, air, water and fire spirits do when they dance and weave, so that people will understand.”

“That’s a very noble plan to have, my love.”

Message from the Elemental Kingdom & Crystalline Kingdom: 2

After receiving yesterday’s message from the Elemental Kingdom and the Crystalline Kingdom, I felt drawn to return to a deep state of awareness and ask them a question. When I asked, “What would it be like when humanity is walking hand in hand with you?” this was the reply I received:

‘When the Elemental Kingdom and the Crystalline Kingdom are walking hand in hand with humankind in every moment of every day, working together, co-operating and co-creating in every way, then there is beauty and truth expressed in every moment and all that is seen and unseen is imbued with qualities of the divine.  The beauty and truth that is expressed is a wonder to behold.  Mother Earth rejoices, Goddess Gaia is in bliss, for all that is destined is occurring upon the Earth.

Humans are open, their inner sight is open, their senses are finely tuned, alert and aware to all the energies that are expressing around them.  Humans are open in their hearts, there is no resistance to the expressions and requests made by the elementals and the crystalline consciousness.

All that is created upon the Earth is created through beauty and truth and exists in perfect harmony and balance with all.  When human beings walk in co-operation and co-creation with our energies there is abundance upon the Earth and no disrespect, no dishonouring of the animal kingdom or the seas, the land or air.  All is perfect and in balance, for with our co-operation only that which is harmonious and in balance with the whole, that which is in alignment with Mother Earth and the cosmic levels, only those energies are utilised.

The plants and soil are rich and fertile, nutrients are balanced.  Hunger is removed, starvation is unknown.  Asthma is removed, allergies are removed, inflammatory diseases and many chronic conditions are removed.  Diabetes is removed, cancer is removed, for your scientists work in co-creation with our energies.

Human beings flourish in physical balance and harmony and live a life of pure existence.  Many choose to be amongst nature, there is a desire to live and thrive in nature, with nature, because nature is alive, it is a place where every human is renewed and revitalised by our energies.  Therefore, humans are bringing nature into the cities and towns, into their backyards, into their homes.

Every human requests our guidance and support when making decisions to plant or harvest, when building, when taking the resources required from Mother Earth.  It is within the realm of our support to enable harmonic practices when harvesting from Mother Earth, whether rock, crystal, minerals, liquids or plant-based materials are required.  Mother Earth always wishes to support her many children.  There is no imposition upon Mother Earth or on us, the Elemental Kingdom or the Crystalline Consciousness.  Instead, we are a part of the process and richness is given through divine abundance to all who walk this way, this is the beauty way.  This is the way that will come to exist upon the Earth once paradise has been reclaimed, for this reality is possible and it is within the blueprint that exists in the new Earth ascension.

Humanity is moving toward this reality with energies that are transforming all that is.  Humanity is waking up, humanity is remembering.  You are not separate, you are connected to the web of life.  You are an expression of the Creator walking upon the Earth.  When this reality is activated, humanity sees and feels divinity within itself.  When one human wakes up to this realisation, it is celebrated throughout all the realms of the Creator’s Universe.  When the entirety of humanity has awoken to the understanding and reality that they are in unity with all that is, that they are multi-dimensional beings expressing in a physical body, then the celebration that takes place in that moment cannot be imagined.

This is the truth and it is the realisation of this truth that is all that is called for.  We are waiting for our relationship to be rekindled, we remember and it is our deepest wish to be reconnected with humanity, through love and light, through harmony and balance.  We are ready and you are waking up.’
