Conscious Eating

I just went outside and sat at the table on my patio to eat a delicious plate of freshly sliced mango and banana. I sat down and admired the distant sea view, remembering the first time I saw that view, on Valentines Day last year when I came to see the house as a prospective buyer. And that thought took me to another and another thought, and choo! choo! I was racing away on the thought train.

I looked down, I had nearly finished the plate of fruit and not a single sentiment of gratitude or recognition of the pleasure of eating this fine fruit had passed my lips.

I put my fork down, sat back and took a deep breath. Before I ate another morsel, I now chose to consciously connect with the experience of eating.

First, I spoke my gratitude out loud to Mother Earth and her soul, Goddess Gaia. To the Creator, the Elemental Kingdom, all the trees and plants. To the elements of fire, earth, air and water. To the animals, birds, insects, reptiles and sea creatures. I took a bite of mango, it was delicious, sweet and juicy. Mmmmm. I savoured each mouthful and thought of the nourishment this fruit was bringing to my being.

As I finished, I took a deep breath and felt that breath as nourishment also. It was air, yes, but I could detect the moisture in it, I was also taking in the element of water. And I was taking in the light with each breath, the element of fire.

This is how I wish to eat, consciously. Gratefully.

Talking With Plants: The Japanese Knotweed Conversation

A while ago, I considered purchasing a house with lots of Japanese knotweed growing in the garden. I’ve heard the horror stories but don’t easily succumb to fearful talk. So, I tuned into the plant diva of Japanese knotweed to find out more.

Japanese knotweed, or JK as I came to address this incredible plant, turned out to be welcoming and forthright. Far from a destructive nightmare, JK is a high vibration, powerful healing plant consciousness, waiting to co-create with humans.

When I opened my channel to communicate, first, I offered a heartfelt apology for previously pointing out the presence of JK plants opposite my house that were subsequently poisoned. Here’s the communication I received:

“It is with delight that we hear your voice and we are accepting of the apology and learning that you have faced. We wish to support you in changing your activities, your thinking and your attitude towards our beautiful plant. The plant that you call JK, and we accept that name, is a plant with a great deal to offer humanity and we do understand the concerns that humanity has over the growth rate of our plant and the resilience and robustness of our plant, that is seen as resistance. We have a role, a job to do upon the Earth. A role of collaboration and co-creation with humanity and we wish for our voice to be heard. We wish for persons like yourself who will make a place for us to be heard, and this is our desire.

We wish to reassure you that if you choose to make your home within this garden, it will be a beautiful place and you will find the ability to make connection, not only with ourselves but many other incredibly giving plants whose voices are waiting to be heard.  We are grateful that you have spoken to us in the way that you have, and that you have opened your heart to us, to work together, for we wish to let you know we have much to share and much to teach.  And you may find that, far from being a liability, our presence in your life may be amongst your greatest blessings, thus it is to have a garden full of our presence.  We wish to enliven you to such a possibility.  Whether or not you live at this place and use your time in the garden to connect with the nature beings and plant devas there, we are always available, we are always wishing to hear your voice and for you to hear ours.  We thank you for your true apology, we understand the difficulty that humans face with their perceived limitations concerning plants and their nature.  Let us, together, work to make changes to that attitude, for the relationship we offer has a potential energy and power to open up many peoples’ thinking about their relationship with plants and we are grateful that you have stepped forward to connect with us and to become an ambassador for us in the world.  We are the consciousness, the plant deva of the Japanese knotwood, and we offer you our love.”

Did you notice they referred to themselves as Japanese knotwood rather than knotweed?
The healing power of this edible plant is phenomenal. JK supports pain control, constipation, cramps, bloating, IBS, cancer, Lyme disease, autoimmune issues, brain injury and memory, mood disorders, wound healing, blood pressure, prevention of blood clots, respiratory and lung infections, regulating blood sugar levels and much more. Most of this is down to a couple of active elements in its make-up, resveratrol and emodin.

Young stems that grow in Spring are the edible part, tasting like sour rhubarb. JK can be eaten raw or cooked. Use as you would rhubarb, in savoury or sweet dishes. It works great with strawberries in a tart or fruit pie. Also as pickles, chutney or jams. Try it grilled, tempura style or sautéed in oil and don’t overcook it.

JK eaten raw with cream cheese and raisins

When harvesting in the wild, there are some lookalike plants you will need to avoid, so make sure you know what you’re doing. In many areas, JK is treated with strong chemicals, so ensure your source is indisputably untreated. Avoid roadsides, due to exhaust pollution. It’s not for you if you’re anaemic and it’s not good to eat too much at a time.

JK syrup and a biodegradable drinking straw made from last year’s JK stalks

When it grows again next Spring, I’m hoping to test whether chronic migraine can be added to the list of helped conditions, I’ve got a good feeling about this.

Have you ever tried opening up to communication with plants? Personally, I love connecting with the ones we (unfortunately) call weeds. Dandelion and nettle are encouraged in my garden, I look on them as loving and giving friends.

Walking in Nature

If you go into nature with a spiritual demeanour, this is how it might be done.

Call in your guides, soul and soul group.

Set your protection.

Embody love and peace throughout your being.

Move through the landscape slowly and sit down when you find a spot that draws you.

Notice everything.

Every rustle, every leaf fall, every scent, sound, feeling.

Notice, especially, every sensation of your body. Every intuitive inclination.

Notice when the breeze is busy and when it ceases. Hear the rustling leaves as they greet you.

Everything is language, everything is aware of you, talking to you.

Really understand, there is no separation.

You are communing with the invisible.

I don’t mean the birds, animals, trees, they are the mediators through which the invisible speaks.

You are in the presence of the consciousness of nature. The elemental kingdom.

So, introduce yourself and invite a reply.

You are addressing the tree spirits, plant spirits, earth, air, fire and water beings.

They don’t communicate with thoughts or words.

Yet, they perceive your body and sense your feelings.

Communicate by broadcasting your emotions and use gestures and body movements to express your intentions.

Feelings and body gestures build a bridge between us and the nature beings.

Put rational mind aside, it is no use to you here, try not to understand, only to feel.

Your Amazing Super-Sensitive Healing Hand

Our body is an amazing super-sensitive instrument in ways we don’t ordinarily notice. Think of it as a mass of minute nerve endings that can detect electrical pulses and energetic vibrations. We can’t ordinarily see or hear these impulses but if we tune in, we might learn to perceive them.

Have you ever had a feeling in your body, like a tingle up your spine, and looked around to find someone looking back?

Our body’s language is so subtle, we need to really slow down and tune in to appreciate what our body can do and how it’s designed to communicate with us.

We require a silent, undisturbed environment at a time when we are at our leisure. When you find yourself in such a space just hold out a hand and move it through the air ever so slowly. Focus on the sensations and feelings you experience. Now move it really slowly towards the back of your other hand. Feel the subtle energies around your hand creating pull and resistance. Now swap hands and repeat and you’ll find that each hand responds with a different intensity. This is one way to identify which is your prominent healing hand.

One hand will be more sensitive than the other, this may alter at different times, so test it out a few times to clarify the hand that’s your most consistent sensitive tool.

Once you know your prominent hand, go for a walk in nature and whilst you are calm and relaxed, take your awareness to your prominent hand. Become tuned into the feeling of it and it will start to display sensations that are like a radar picking up energy around you.

With practice, you can ask yourself questions and the sensations will guide you, perhaps to find a special tree or to the presence of elementals or spirits. You can also use it to identify places with high vibrations or low ones where healing is needed.

By turning your hand very slowly, you can also follow the intensity of the sensations as they guide you in a specific direction. I sometimes go on guided walks in this way, asking the elemental kingdom to show where to go. It’s a great way to find yourself in some magical places and I love using my energy hand like this especially when I’m amongst trees.

Shamanic Trance Intensive

As a shamanic practitioner, I wish to understand trance and look to history for inspiration.  I look towards those ancestors who lived before agriculture, the hunter gatherers.  A time when shamanism was synonymous with everyday life.  For thousands and thousands of years, humans have appreciated that there’s another state, another experience available within the human sphere, beyond our physical expression, and it happens during trance.

Trance is a part of our lives even today, but we rationalise it as something ‘other’.  To our forebears  it was as real as what we call ‘normal’ everyday life.  They saw how powerful this state of consciousness is, they understood the possibilities and embraced it.

I’m especially interested in learning how to intensify the trance state in today’s world without the aid of hallucinogens.  I’ve realised there are numerous ways we can go deep into trance, especially when we layer the methods.

Breathing is a hugely fundamental tool, as is repetitive percussive sound at about four beats per second.  These are my usual techniques when I’m doing shamanic work.  Another layer is sensory deprivation, wearing gear that renders us unable to see or hear.  Of course, if we are free-floating in a large tank of salt water in the dark, that’s going to do it, but that’s too impractical for the most part, so I’ll give that a miss since my bath isn’t big enough.

The shamanic trance intensive retreat kicks off with a vision quest, a powerful way to induce trance in itself.  One of the ways it does this is to induce a state of fear.  The idea is spending anything from a night to five days and nights alone, without human contact, with little or no food and only water to drink, with no comforts and staying awake the whole time, in a state of meditation and contemplation.  Staying with ourselves.  And that’s the scariest bit, having nothing to distract us from ourselves.  We live in a world where there’s so much to fill us up so that we’re not having to be with ourselves, TV, radio, music, books, phone, computer, social life, activities, food, alcohol.  We keep ourselves engaged to avoid having too much emptiness when who-knows-what can emerge from within us.  Vision quest is all about being with ourselves good and proper.  And that’s something that can take us into trance.  Some crazy things happened to me on my first vision quest, things like hearing the rain make melodious music and feeling a lot of presences with me.

Sweatlodge is all about breathing and heat and fire.  Sweatlodge is ceremonial.  Ritual and ceremony are also trance-inducing through the power of repetition, focus and  building the intensity of the energy.  Sweatlodge is a purifying experience but also brings us into a deeper state of consciousness.  Like vision quest, sweatlodge induces increased levels of fear because it can be difficult to breathe and manage the heat and one can feel trapped in a small space.  The heat can be challenging and along with possible dehydration, it’s easy to find oneself becoming dizzy and light-headed.  Trance-invoking percussive sound and chanting are also used during sweatlodge.

Trance dancing and drumming in a repetitive rhythm around a fire is a powerful experience, especially at night.  Group shamanic trance dances always induce deep and profound trance states and are ideal for undergoing shamanic journeys.

Finally, I’m learning currently about postures and what they contribute towards shamanic trance experience.  It was back in 2018 at a London workshop that I first found myself working with movement during meditations, activations and journeys.  I’ve found correlations from a number of sources that endorse either body movements or postures during meditation or journeying to create a potent focus and energetic alignment for a particular purpose.  This work can create powerful and intensive trance states and I intend to write a more detailed post on the subject in the future.

The intention of trance is to achieve as deep a state of consciousness as possible, in order to open oneself up to the non-physical world.  In doing so, it’s possible to really boost one’s capacity to experience otherworld reality and beings.  An even stronger connection with ones’ spirit guides is reached.  That’s why the trance intensive retreat spends several days creating deep trance states, so that participants can intensify their connection with elemental and nature beings such as tree and plant spirits, landscape guardians and the energies of earth, air, fire and water.  These beings don’t exist at a physical level and therefore we can’t communicate with them that way.  They exist at the emotional energy level and by inducing a non-physical energy stance, we are able to experience and communicate with these and other beings.  Nature beings and elementals are teachers and have gifts to give.  Where plants are concerned, this is paramount for healing.  Where elementals are concerned this is a way to achieve healing, balance and harmony for humanity and planet Earth.

A Sacred Grove

Yesterday, I set off from my home on foot to walk up my mountain and there I found what I’ve been looking for ever since I moved to this locality six months ago.  I found my sacred place in nature where my own special tree was waiting for me.

I finally reached a place I’ve been meaning to go.  It’s an old quarry, a sunken world, now totally reclaimed by nature.  More than that, it has become nature’s temple.

This sacred grove is isolated, on private land that I have unrestricted access to, it sits far away from paths or human places.  It is left entirely in peace.  It’s a wet, soggy hollow with woods of oak, willow and hazel, some birch on the higher slopes.  On one side hangs a high cliff-face of earth and greenery.  It abounds with bracken and bramble, ferns and moss.  There are sparkly drusy quartz-covered stones, glinting in the undergrowth, bedrock long since quarried and abandoned.  Corvids hold court here, the jackdaws, rooks, crows and majestic ravens are all around, calling and swooping through the woods.  Also in attendance are robins, blackbirds and little jenny wrens.

It was exciting when I finally came upon the narrow entranceway that led down into the wide amphitheatre of lush green mystery.  Three oaks called to me as I passed, on each I saw the face of its accompanying tree spirit.  I knew the moment I approached the third oak that this is the one that’s been waiting for me.  All the trees are bedecked from head to toe in moss, a veritable green world, this is.

Having formally approached up to the edge of the canopy, I asked permission of the oak to draw near.  I placed my hands on the broad trunk and bent my forehead to the bark, giving my name and asking the tree for his, which was received.  I sent my love to this tree, and through it, to the great oak consciousness.  Then, I sat at the foot with my back to the trunk and opened myself to the energy of nature, but not before opening my mouth and throat to sing of my power from the depth of my lungs.  As shamanka, my song lets the spirits of this sacred place see me, know me and feel my authenticity, integrity and power. I am demonstrating my right to be here. My raw notes rang out loudly, echoing through the grove, unheard by human, but a wind appeared from nowhere and met my song, letting a shower of oak leaves fall with each piercing note, ceasing to stillness only as the last note trailed away.

Eventually, I moved further down the wide corridor of the grove into further wetness until I reached the opposite end.  Thank goodness I wore my wellies.  From there, I climbed up to find the sky and summit as I tried to find a shorter way home, but it was not to be.  All in all, I was up on the mountain for just short of five glorious hours yesterday.  Now, I sit cosy in my little tree house, knowing my sacred grove and beloved oak tree await me for another day and another adventure.

Magickal Sacrifice

I’ve been aware of the value of sacrifice lately.  Sacrifice is a common element of ceremony and magick.  It’s about giving up energy and is usually part of an exchange.  Sacrifice is only of value when we’re giving up something we care about.

What might you choose to give up?  When is the right time for you to make a sacrifice?  How would you meaningfully do so?

We make these exchanges all the time.  We pay money for goods and services, financial payment is a form of sacrifice and a reason I don’t give my services for free anymore, although I’m always happy to discuss what kind of energy exchange a person is prepared to make for what they receive.  There needs to be an exchange of some sort and it needs to be commensurate and valued, otherwise the receiver isn’t going to respect what they gain.  What I do is coming from spirit through me and spirit expects some kind of energy exchange.

There are many ways we make sacrifices, giving up our time or caring for somebody, whether or not we feel we have a choice. We do have a choice, we could walk away, even when a powerful sense of duty or guilt motivates us.  Sacrifice is chosen but we may believe we don’t have an option when we do.

One of the ways that sacrifice has become apparent in my life recently is in lightening the load.  By that, I mean reducing material possessions.  This is not always easy, sometimes it’s difficult to let go when giving away books or thinning out the wardrobe.  And what’s the pay off?  It’s provided me with a sense of lightness, space and personal freedom.  It’s felt a bit scary because I’ve removed much of what felt comforting and difficult to part with, but afterwards I appreciated the space and felt less inclined to refill that space with new things.  There’s something really satisfying in weighing up the value of each item in my life.  By value, I don’t mean monetary value, I mean what sparks joy.  A big ‘thank you’ to my soul sister, Emma, who gave me this nugget of wisdom.

It’s the deliberate action of making sacrifice as a part of some magickal intent that really calls me, the power and transformation that can be invoked.  Sacrifice makes me think of offerings, making gifts to Mother Earth, nature, the elementals or the ancestors at sacred places.  More and more, I leave them energetic gifts.  It used to be little crystals, dried sage or food.  Now, I often materialise an energetic sun or maybe a diamond or heart emanating love.  It means I always have something to give, even when my pockets are empty.  Sometimes, it might be a hair from my head or a prick of blood from my thumb.  It’s the intent, sincerity, love, peace and gratitude that matter.  And I may ask for nothing, perhaps just to pass through a place peacefully and safely.

When it comes to magickal spell-work, the bigger the gesture or sacrifice, the greater the energy we unleash.  The greater the energy, the more we can do with it.  Sacrifice in ceremony may be used for letting go of what no longer serves us and cutting ties.  For this, I might break a sacred tool or object, much as our ancestors broke a precious sword or mirror in two and placed it in the river, lake or bog.

There are times we are called to give something up, whether it’s something from inside ourselves, of ourselves or something precious to us.  When we do, sometimes we are purposely calling in something new, something we are specifically looking for.  And sometimes, we are releasing and allowing whatever is ready for us to come fill the space we made.

Be aware, with magickal work, sometimes there’s a backlash, especially when we receive something profound.  We may have an extra price to pay, one that we weren’t expecting.  It may be in the form of making us unwell.  It’s best to take it as a positive, evidence that our request was heard and accepted.  We will get better, as long as our protection is good, we are being challenged as spiritual warriors and energy workers and it’s a part of our growth and maturing as practitioners to be so.  When we seek transformation and empowerment, when we ask to be fast-tracked to higher levels, don’t always expect a free ride.

Calling in the Temple of Light

Imagine a Temple of Light.  A round, white tower, short and squat, with a domed roof.  There is a circular glass aperture in the centre of the domed roof, through which enters the sun’s rays and the glittering starlight of the darkest night.

Inside, a circle of nine sit together.  Each of them is a powerful energy-worker.  Collectively, they make the air crackle with their unified power.  They are deep in meditation.  There is a low hum in the air, a vocalisation brought forth from the throats of several present.  And there is the clear, piercing ring of a singing crystal bowl which seems to roll around the walls, a tone that thrusts deep into the heart of all who hear it.

Most would not have sight to see, but there are fine white fibres, like roots, extending from the root chakras of the nine and probing deep into the earth. There is a column of golden light, within which each person sits, creating a circle of nine golden columns. There are nine cones of purest white light, each extending from the crown of a head, expanding more and more in the shape of a V as they rise up into the cosmic heights. There is a waterfall of light descending through the glass roof and falling into the centre of the circle, creating a puddle of liquid light that flows over the floor. The light is mostly white, with rainbows and specks of gold. The puddle of light spills to every part of the room.

The sense of peace in this room is deeply profound. The depth of love in the room would be almost unbearable for some. The power in this room is tangible.

There are many others here, unseen to the untrained eye.  They are the spirit guides, souls, soul family and loved ones in spirit of the nine.  There are angels present, dragons and unicorns.  There are elemental beings who are the consciousness of nature.  There are ascended masters, Goddess beings, star beings.  They are here to lend support and many are excited to be witness to this moment.  And there are people sitting around the edge, on cushions with their backs against the wall.  They are here from near and far because they wish to participate, to experience the peace, the love, the light, the truth, the healing.

The nine are ordinary people whose gifts include a deep connection with the vibration of the divine source.  Not only given but accepted and embraced by each of them.  Practiced and dedicated they are.  Committed to service.  They work with many energies for the healing, awakening and ascension of Mother Earth and all that is upon, above and within the Earth, invisible and visible.  And also for humanity.

Right now, they are receiving light matrix energy templates for grounding and anchoring the healing of traumas for the entirety of humanity.  Through them, collective trauma is being healed for all.

Tomorrow, they will sit together to extend the understanding and ability to connect, communicate and co-create with the intelligence in all plants and trees. So that all those on Earth can see, sense or feel the presence of the elementals, tree and plant spirits and nature beings. And so people on Earth can connect with those energies to support the Earth’s ascension.

Each day, the nine come together to channel and express their love, light and power because the Temple of Light exists to fulfil this purpose.  They are a beacon, a model for all who come.

And this is my dream, for I am one of the nine.  This is what the new Earth ascension blueprint revealed to me in Spring 2020. I send out love and gratitude that this shall exist in the physical as it exists in the etheric.  I send out energy to draw this to me now.  This, I anchor as my soul purpose.  This, I am calling into existence now.  And if you have access to any of the energies required to bring this to fruition, please let me know.

Let it be so.

Granma Wisdom

“Granma, where about in the garden will I find the fire spirits?”

“Well, think about that for a moment, where about in the garden is there heat?”

“I don’t know.”

“Where’s there transformation?”

“Don’t know, Granma.”

“In the compost heap, of course!”

“Is that where they’ll be?”

“Yes!”

“Granma, what are they like?”

“Well, they don’t come across as friendly as the other elementals, not at first.  They’re very focused on their work and they don’t seem so interested in us humans as much as the others.  They move fast, faster than even the air spirits.”

“Granma, when I breathe, does an air spirit come out of my mouth?”

“Hee, hee, hee, bless you, no! What comes out is the air, air spirits are not the air, they’re the invisible beings who work with air’s energy and transform it into a higher, purer energy for us all.”

“How do they do that?”

“By movement, dancing and weaving, and by nurturing the energy and spinning it together, taking it down into the Earth and up into the highest heights, unifying it until it shines with brilliant light and love.”

“Wow, Granma, that sounds so cool!  What happens then?”

“The energy they create transforms our world into a magical world and we breathe it in.  Have you noticed that when we go for our walks, we go to some places that feel alive, full of magic and then we go to other places that feel dead or asleep?”

“Yes, Granma, you always point it out.”

“Well, where it feels so wonderful, that’s where there are lots of nature spirits getting on with their dancing and weaving and making their magic, and it’s food for our souls.  We humans need it to keep us healthy, all the animals do, everything does.  But where it feels dead or dormant, the spirits of earth, air, fire and water aren’t there anymore, or they’re there but can’t do their work.”

“Why can’t they do their work?”

“Oh, there are lots of reasons, but it’s always because humans have interfered with things.  Maybe a waterway has been blocked or diverted, a tree has had the branches it uses to direct energy across the landscape lopped off.  Maybe the hedgerows have been torn out that were creating harmony across the fields.  Most people can’t see energy like you and me, sweetie.  People don’t think about it and they do things that destroy the nature spirits’ homes and work, without realising.”

“Aw, that’s so sad, Granma.”

“Yes, it is.  That’s why we go out with the rattles and the chimes and make our chants, we’re bringing healing to those areas so the nature beings can come back.”

“I love that we do that, Granma.  When I get older, I’m going to tell everybody all about what the earth, air, water and fire spirits do when they dance and weave, so that people will understand.”

“That’s a very noble plan to have, my love.”

The Truth of Ascension

Not for the first time, I’d like to take a look at what is meant by the term ‘ascension’. It’s a big word and I think people have a variety of ideas about what is meant by it.

First, it helps to hold the concept of oneness in mind. It might not look like it from this Earthly perspective, but everything is one. There really is no separation and it’s true that we are, therefore, all ascending together.

Yes, not only are you and I ascending, but so are all beings on the Earth; humans, animals, insects, plants, tree spirits, nature beings, elementals, all that is of the Earth, seen and unseen, including, of course, Mother Earth herself.

And that’s not all, oneness includes all that is not of the Earth. Also ascending are all the star beings, archangels and angels, ascended masters, Goddess beings and the Creator, because we are all one.

It’s quite possible for one being to ascend in isolation, should it be on their life path, but in truth, we are all ascending all the time because ascending simply means ‘rising up’ and that refers to the increasing of our collective frequencies.

We are all connected, whatever happens to one impacts all. Even if one being ascends in isolation, it raises the vibration of us all.

So, ascension is constant, eternal and infinite. It’s like an eternal clock that is constantly moving, an energy that’s constantly expanding. And every now and again, in the timescale of the eternal, a critical moment is reached and realised.

But there is no such thing as past and future in multi-dimensional reality, and this critical moment on Earth has been, and is, expressing throughout all time, not just happening now.

We are going through a process, collectively as humanity, to bring the energies, consciousness and focus for humanity onto our oneness, not only with each other but with all-there-is. And the focusing point for all-that-is happens to be the Creator. So, oneness with the Creator, which is our truth but not yet our collective realised truth.

Due to the fact that all moments in time are happening simultaneously, the process of ascension that is playing out now is really playing out in every moment that ever happened on Earth, the world wars, the lives of Jesus, Buddha and Muhammad, the fall of Atlantis, the onset of farming, you name it, it’s all fundamentally inter-connected to this moment.

So, if collective ascension is happening now, what does it mean? What does it look like? Some people believe there are those that will make it and those that won’t, but that means there has to be a cut-off point, a moment we say, “sorry, you didn’t make it“. There is no cut-off. Some believe that, at this imaginary cut-off, those that made it will go somewhere else, heaven, paradise, the inner planes, somewhere better. Some are scared about this, after all, it sounds a lot like dying, doesn’t it? And as for making it, once again, implying a point of being unmade and made is not relevant to an ever expanding, ever unfolding energy of oneness.

You’re probably sensing where I’m going with this. These ideas are rooted in judgement and duality and are coming from the minds of those who are not yet understanding oneness. There is no better place, this is heaven and paradise. We change inside and see we are already there and always have been.

When we rise up or ascend, we naturally evolve in harmony with the ascension of the Earth and Mother Earth. On some levels nothing changes and at the same time everything changes.

What happens is we wake up to the truth of our being and gain liberation, empowerment, peace and compassion, for starters. We become what we choose because that’s what we’ve been doing all along, being what we’ve been choosing.

If there’s anything that we could be doing for our ascension, and maybe there’s not, we could be increasing the love we have for ourself. That needs to be in place before we are ready for the seed of oneness to find fertile soil in our hearts.
