Making a Tulpa of Truth, Love and Peace

Have you ever heard of a tulpa?  Don’t quote me on this, but I would describe it as a conscious being that’s created from thought-forms that have been invested with intent and emotions.  Which is quite a thing!

So, where are they and how were they made?

A possible example might be when, for generations, people in a location perpetuate the belief in a being of some sort existing there, maybe in a house or wood or the larger environment. And credible people report seeing something that fits the expected appearance of the being. This may be animal or human-like. You could say the Loch Ness monster is a tulpa.

On the more negative side, it can be created through dark practices, like a thought-form as a curse or by black magic, creating a dark energy that begins to take on its own awareness.  The ancient tribal elders from around the world, the San of the Kalahari, Native American, Pacific and Antipodean tribal elders, they speak of evil sorcerers who created this kind of thing, good shamans gone bad. The Navajo skinwalker may be an example of this kind of being.

For myself, I have come across a being, like a nature spirit, that existed in a very old church and came into being because of the energy of many generations of prayer, condensed in the building over time until the energy formed into that little being, like a brownie, a being with conscious intent.

Tulpa is a very interesting word and I decided to repurpose it.

Right now, in 2021, so much energy is coming to us from the higher realms to support humankind to increase their experience of embodying three special qualities, they are love, peace and truth.

I noticed that ‘Truth, Unconditional Love, Peace = Awake!’ spells TULPA.  Lovely, isn’t it?

Imagine if we all collectively made a tulpa of truth, unconditional love and peace?  And it became a conscious living energy in its own right?  Wow, right?

So, let’s break these qualities down.  Now, Truth is a big one.

I think it’s really difficult to live one’s truth completely in the kind of society we have built for ourselves.  So much has been created through deceit and lack of integrity.  We expect it of our politicians and we still vote them in.  We have accepted it as a part of life.

When it comes to truth, I’m not really thinking about others, I’m thinking about me. We all need to look at ourselves and be up front about how much honesty, integrity and authenticity we have. We cannot be our authentic selves whilst there is any dishonesty, falseness or misrepresentation going on in our lives, whether it’s with ourselves or with others.

If we look at ourselves we can see where we need to be doing a bit of cleaning up. If we are wont to say things we don’t mean, if we are being dishonest to anyone, if we don’t live our truth, settle for less, keep secrets for an easy life, it’s time to set some steps in place, starting small, to clean up our ways. I have been doing this and I must admit I was, at first, scared of coming clean about a few things. In every case, things never kicked off in the way I expected they would, the universe looked after me. Actually, I started with the big, obvious things, and now it’s the little general conversations where I need to ensure I consistently protect my integrity and honesty.

Unconditional Love is no easier than truth. Reason being, we tend to hold judgements and set standards and expectations and it’s really difficult to drop them. Especially as, in some situations we can see those as protective. So, let’s start with ourselves. Now, that’s a big one, to hold unconditional love for oneself. And then, extend it to our nearest and dearest. No judgements, no expectations, remember? Do unto others as we would have done to us. And do unto ourselves as we would have others do to us. That’s unconditional love.

Ah, Peace. If our life is chaotic, it’s because we don’t know how to find our inner peace. If we get confused or sad, being able to go to a place of peace is imperative. You can’t be sad with peace in your heart because love blossoms wherever peace is and love will lift you up. Peace, as I often say, is a place we go where only love exists. Love is the opposite of fear and fear is every emotion that isn’t love. When we learn to go inside to our place of inner peace and call peace into our energy, then, we enter love.

All of these energies, love, peace and truth already exist inside us. That means we can always find them inside ourselves and go there. We can ask our guides, our angels, the Creator or Universal energies, whatever your preference, to take us there, to send us their love or peace or truth so we can resonate with it, breathe it in. Then, we sit with it. Breathing it in and out. Sending it through our entire being. Grounding and manifesting it by sending it into the Earth through the soles of our feet to anchor, through our roots. The more often we do this, the more often our lives will naturally start to change, so there’s less chaos, less judgement, less expectations, less dishonesty or lack of integrity in our lives.

And it all happens with ease. That’s why TULPA is a really good way of remembering to embody and express truth, unconditional love and peace for ourselves and everyone else.

The Words of Albert Einstein

Here are some inspirational and affirming words that were said by the wise and wonderful Albert Einstein:

“Concerning matter, we have been all wrong. What we have called matter is energy whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. Matter is spirit reduced to a point of visibility. There is no matter.”

“Time and space are not conditions in which we live, but modes by which we think.
Physical concepts are free creations of the human mind, and are not, however it may seem, determined by the external world.”

“Time does not exist – we invented it. Time is what the clock says. The distinction between the past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion.”

“When something vibrates, the electrons of the entire universe resonate with it. Everything is connected. The greatest tragedy of human existence is the illusion of separateness.”

“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.”

“We are souls dressed up in sacred biochemical garments and our bodies are the instruments through which our souls play their music.”

“The true value of a human being can be found in the degree to which they have attained liberation from the self.”

“Everything is determined, every beginning and ending, by forces over which we have no control. It is determined for the insect as well as for the star. Human beings, vegetables, or cosmic dust, we all dance to a mysterious tune, intoned in the distance by an invisible piper.”

“Everything is energy and that is all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

Blazing Sun

Who do you know that impresses you?

Who do you know that you admire?

Maybe they’re honest, they embody integrity, maybe they’re full of love and compassion.  Maybe they make time for others when they don’t have to or simply live by the kind of standards you respect.

Maybe, when they talk, they talk from the heart.  They are real.  Maybe, when they act, they walk their talk.  They bring it.  They step up and follow through.

Sure, they probably have some baggage too, don’t we all?  But they’re mature about it.  And maybe they’re quiet about themselves, not the kind that comes to the forefront.  Maybe their inner beauty is soft and subtle, but you notice them, just the same.

Maybe, it’s somebody who has a main role in your life, maybe it’s somebody you see from afar.  Whoever it is, don’t lose them, don’t take who they are for granted.  Don’t pass up the chance to spend more time with them, to invite them wholly into your heart and your life.

So often, we don’t tell people how much they mean, we don’t spend time with the ones who uplift and enrich us.  We don’t make the effort because we think there will always be time, always be a chance…  Maybe, you hold back because you don’t think they see you or that you’ve got anything they need.  Maybe you don’t think you’re deserving enough for them.

You’re wrong, you are.  You can see them, can’t you?  And we all need to be seen.  You can hear their truth, and we all need to be heard.  Maybe, they don’t feel the same value in themselves as you perceive in them.  Maybe, someone’s looking at you right now and seeing how brightly you shine, how fine a person you are, how true your heart is, what a beacon of love you can be.  You would want them to step forward, wouldn’t you?  To let you know they see you?

You deserve people like that walking alongside you on your journey and they deserve you.

Don’t hold back, don’t wait, don’t question your worth.  Don’t hesitate, bring those people into your life now, for the beacons of light we are will shine together as a blazing sun.

Your Story

We all have a story. Some of us were born to live it and then to tell it. Some of us may never choose to share. But it’s there.

For some, it’s an anchor, defining us. Perhaps, limiting us, and yet, should we expand beyond it, it becomes a testament to our growth, our healing and fulfilment.

Don’t be your story, don’t get stuck there.

By telling your story, whether publicly or privately, you can free the energy, then move forward anew.

It has played a part in creating you, and yet, your truth is so far beyond it to make it irrelevant.

Allow your truth to find you and then look back at your unique journey and story with a knowing smile.

Knowing that’s not you anymore, knowing your story no longer defines you. Knowing how far you’ve come.

I Am Present

Even if I seem distant,

If I seem quiet,

Know that I am present.

Unconditional love stays at source

And will not follow into darkness.

I am waiting.

Holding the light.

I will not give false platitudes,

But make silent prayers for you.

I place my whole being into the hands of the Creator

And trust that you make space for the Creator within you.

I will stay with the source, loving you as the source loves you.

I will not give the comfort that your wounded child craves,

But my soul glorifies in the presence of your perfect soul.

You may choose what you will,

Wander where you wish,

Even into darkness, confusion, chaos.

I will not move into the abyss with you.

I remain at the place of truth.

Whether or not you see me, whether you hear or feel me,

I am present.

The Jewels We Hide

How do I know who I am?  Who my authentic self is?  I know from the things that come out of me when I let go of myself, or move my personality/ego aside.  When I’m alone with nobody around to trigger my insecurities, when I am not thinking about who I am, not even thinking about being me.

We tend to think about being ourselves a lot more than we realise, especially when amongst company.  Complete strangers in the store or café, amongst friends, in relationships, we are running everything through the ‘me’ filter automatically, working out what is meant by the words, actions and behaviour of those around us, especially when their attention is directed our way.

But when we’re alone, there’s no need to worry about all that, no need to feel self-conscious, perform or automatically behave from inner child wounds.  We can drift into a state of natural awareness where we don’t come from self-consciousness but from consciousness.

That’s when my paintings pour out of me, when words pour out and when I sing with my naked voice.  That’s where I am when I’m channelling, healing and shamanic journeying. They are the times when I’m bringing the truth that’s inside me out.  And that’s me in my super-power, with my mojo working.  That’s my authentic self.  That’s when my soul speaks.

How do you know who you are, who is your authentic self?  What comes out from inside you when you are alone, when you let go of yourself, move aside from yourself?  When your triggers are not active?  Maybe you run, get your running shoes on and create a deep relationship with the open road.  Maybe you bake, allowing food to be your palette, your alchemy, as you wizard up delicious creations in the kitchen.  Maybe you dance or express through musical instruments and allow music to unleash the vibrations of the spheres within your soul.  Whatever it is, it feels like meditation.

Baking is not just baking.  Playing the guitar is not just playing the guitar. It’s not what we do, it’s the places and spaces we travel through when we enter into a connection with that energy.  When we are authentic with it.

Never belittle or diminish the value of your truth. Whatever pours out of you when you are being rather than doing, that is gold-dust right there, that’s diamonds.  Let your jewels shine.

Soul Integration deepens our authentic relationship with ourselves, and the workshop that will make that happen is starting soon on June 12th. Spaces still available.

Soul Integration is for you if you are:-

Dreaming of finding your soul’s purpose, your life path;
Wishing to activate your twin flame;
Breaking through wounds from the past;
Looking to find your tribe;
Searching for your authentic self;
Connecting to the truth of your being.

The Soul Path

I am in awe and respect of women and men whose vocation is in the field of what was their biggest life challenge.
The ones that went through abuse only to become experts in the field.
Those who suffered medical conditions, only to support others with the same diagnosis.
Those whose most demanding life events cost them everything, and yet they found the way out.
They grew strong and found their voice and a way to make what they learned count.
There’s nothing more rewarding than such a path.
Sometimes, such a path unfolds like magic before us, sometimes we have to go out and seize it.
It doesn’t matter if you’re earning, volunteers or hobbyists.
You are my heroes and I salute you all.
You are choosing to be what your soul came here to learn and express.
We are all the experts in the subject of our greatest misfortune.
We all have riches and wisdom to impart.
The darkest times are our greatest gifts.

If you are struggling to find your soul path, know that being aligned with your soul is finding your truth and I know just the place to do that:

SOUL INTEGRATION six week online course with sacred soul initiation.
Saturday June 12th to July 17th.  Choose between morning or evening session.
£45 for the course.

Living Our Truth

Here’s a difficult question today, and it’s not even ‘transformational question Friday’ (for those that don’t know, we have a little Friday theme going on).

This question is challenging us to a new kind of self-truth. “In what ways are you living a lie?” Ouch, did that hurt? Maybe your answer is, “Not at all!” Maybe the ways we do this are so carefully dismissed and disguised by us, excuses made, that we hardly even realise it anymore.

By living a lie, I mean living in a manner that we are not being honest with ourselves. Perhaps we diminish our truth with our significant other, our family or friends. Maybe it’s something we do at work. It can be little or big things. Essentially, it’s diminishing ourselves and it’s always about what others think. Examples of not living our truth might include needing to hide our gender identity, secret addictions or behaviours, holding secrets within our key relationships. Anything we think we’re going to get judged for, basically. These hidden truths are often about society’s rules and expectations, but those rules are meaningless and we don’t have to live by them. The only rules and expectations we need are those that come from within, using our own moral compass, from our compassionate and honest heart. And the person who is really getting hurt here, is us.

It’s not always the big things, it can be little moments when we diminish our truth, saying what we know is going to be best received, and we usually get an uncomfortable feeling when we do that. I had one of those moments recently. A neighbour asked me in a public setting if I had received the Covid vaccination yet. I said the truth, no, I haven’t, I picked up her body language, saw her shift uncomfortably. She’s die-hard pro-vaccine and publishes her views that those who are not stepping up are letting everybody else down. The truth is, I’m choosing not to get the vaccination but I said this; “I was only offered the one that’s being investigated for risk of blood clots, I’ve had two blood clots in my lungs and one in my legs in the past, I’m not taking the injection I was offered because of the risk and now I’ve been put to the end of the list.” Everything I said was true but it wasn’t THE truth. I have no intention of having the vaccine. I noticed the uncomfortable feeling of that lie and later wished I’d been true to myself, rather than acting from my perception of what another thinks. I’m entitled to a choice and don’t need to offer an explanation. A learning opportunity for the next time.

If we can’t be honest with our loved ones about the truth of who we are, we are better to walk away, even if only for a time, to become comfortable with the truth within ourselves first. Or we need to lay our truth out on the table, no matter the consequences. To live a lie is to create a chaotic and dishonest resonance that won’t support our relationships to function in harmony. And for myself, if a person is lying to another about their truth, then they have it in them to lie to me too. And if a friend is disparaging their other friends in my ear, they can be doing the same about me. That’s not a person who knows how to be true to themselves, let alone anyone else.

When it comes to disclosure, we don’t need to share with those who won’t know what to do with the information and, quite often, they don’t really need to know. You don’t owe anyone an explanation for who you are. We are not wilfully hiding who we are, but we don’t have to explain ourselves.

Something else to bear in mind, if you are feeling ready to let your truth show, timing is everything, feel your way through it, don’t just blurt it out. Spend time making it more obvious without saying it outright by living your truth more visibly and drop casual statements that validate your truth. In it’s own time, an opportunity will open up to have a conversation and when that happens, let your confidence and self-belief shine through. This is your TRUTH, own it.

When we live a lie, no matter how small, it eats away at us. Over time, we become accustomed to it for the most part, but we are living in an energy of dissonance and we create our own toxicity. That often expresses itself in our lives physically as an illness. Most of these conditions primarily feature either chronic fatigue, immune deficiency or inflammatory conditions.

Chronic fatigue is a way for our body to shut down. It’s saying, “I can’t live like this anymore! Please, let’s just stop altogether.” That exhaustion is displaced from the dissonance and toxic conditions in our lives.

Immune deficiency is the body’s way of saying, “I can’t fight anymore, I’m overwhelmed, I give up.”

And inflammation disorders are the body’s response to living in damaging conditions or lifestyle. This condition is fighting back, doing it’s level best to protect the body from threat, except that the threat in question cannot be cushioned by swelling and the resulting aches and pains only make life worse.

When you live with long-term conditions, look for the lie in your life. It may even be that your entire life is not where it needs to be, and I say that as I’m about to embark on my new start, new home and new life, already my health conditions have started to move into the realm of wellness. None of this is a judgement, it’s a wake-up call. When we move to be in alignment with our truth, we remove those limitations, that toxicity and dissonance and step out into the light. Truth is light and light doesn’t shine where it’s hidden.

The time has come to open up to the truth of who we are. Let everything be known, the consequences will not be as severe as you imagine. And if they are, ride the storm knowing you are following the truth of your heart. And you will feel like a weight has been lifted from you when you are no longer hiding your truth. But remember, one step at a time. Let’s all do it together, loving and supporting each other, holding amnesty for all the secrets that are revealed. This is how we claim ourselves, how we access 100 per cent personal power, 100 per cent supreme liberation, 100 per cent authentic self. Imagine that.

Being Our Truth

There is nothing more fundamentally important, when it comes to being your truth, being your authentic self, being you, than embracing your soul within the totality of your being and receiving your soul’s wisdom, skills, talents, abilities and gifts. Be yourself. Your truth. Your power. Your wisdom. Your expression of divinity on the Earth.

Learn to recognise the difference between when you are being true to yourself and when you are not. Being true to yourself is the most natural expression of your being, and yet, conditioning and judgement led us to second guess ourselves and diminish our truth ever since we were little children. Now, there is a need to relearn what it feels like, looks like. To trust ourselves above the expectations and conditions of others, of society in general. Sometimes, it’s difficult to know.

In this sense, we are bringing forward a new way of being, being our truth. This is not new for our souls, but for our personalities. When we accept this, we experience fulfilment. Have you ever made a big decision, gone against society, your parents, your partner, your closest friends, maybe your boss? I mean, made a decision that was hugely frowned upon, expected to have big consequences, judgements, repercussions? It would have been so easy to have towed the line, done what was expected, but you didn’t. You followed your truth. It’s not easy, is it? How did it turn out for you? A disaster? Or did you feel the peace that comes with knowing you did the right thing, the only thing you could have done. You stayed aligned with your truth.

Most of us are not living our truth.  Most of us are in the wrong job, the wrong place and the wrong relationships.  We may even be creating toxicity for ourselves in our lives.  We may be carrying unhealthy physical, emotional or mental conditions because of the decisions we made to do what was easy rather than be true to ourselves.  Maybe, we became trapped in those limiting conditions.

It’s time to start to embody our truth in every moment. Start to recognise the feeling of being in our truth and stay in it more often. We don’t have to do this alone, as our personality, we have a soul, our soul is a master of truth, our soul is never not truth. That’s how you know you have not aligned with your soul fully yet, if you are not yet living your truth or feeling your way towards being your truth, you are ready for your sacred soul initiation to take place.

“What’s New, Pussycat?”

Homage to my fellow countryman, Tom Jones, in the title today!  And a nice way of remembering this important question, as we go through our lives.

It’s all about the new, it’s all about starting again, recreating the world we wish to live in.  It’s as though we have access to a reset button, right now.  There are ways we can see this, there are ways we can’t.  Covid is a way it’s visible, it’s as though a situation has manifested throughout humanity that has given us all a chance to think again about everything; who we are, who we are choosing to be, what kind of world we live in, what kind of world we are choosing to live in.  Time for a reset, time for the new.  New us, new world.

Early last year, 100 people were involved in the download of a New Earth ascension blueprint for Mother Earth and humanity.  I had the honour of being amongst them, maybe you were there too.  That was our new beginning, that was the reset button being wired into the mainframe.  We anchored the vibration, the energy, into the Earth and into every being on the planet and ever since, it’s been unfolding.  Now, it is fully anchored.

Now, we are ready to co-create with the blueprint.  It’s inside you, it’s inside everyone and each person will find the impulses, the vision to respond and create from their own space inside, according to the call of their soul.  What are you going to choose?  What’s new for you?  Whatever your heart is choosing, follow the call,

We can now create a new Earth, a new reality, new situations, new experiences, new perspectives, new beliefs and new understandings. We are embarking on a new way of being that will change the Earth and ourselves from within. This new beginning stems from us being true to ourselves, first and foremost. And that is the most critical energy for us in 2021, to know and embrace the truth of ourselves.

Are you embracing the truth of your being?  I’ve just launched my new online course, ‘Soul Integration’.  This is an important part of doing just that because downloading the full capacity of our soul is integral to accessing our truth.  My follow-on course is called ‘The Truth of Our Being’ and it’s designed to get us so ready to be our truth, to express from within and create the new beginning we are all here for.
