Making a Tulpa of Truth, Love and Peace

Have you ever heard of a tulpa?  Don’t quote me on this, but I would describe it as a conscious being that’s created from thought-forms that have been invested with intent and emotions.  Which is quite a thing!

So, where are they and how were they made?

A possible example might be when, for generations, people in a location perpetuate the belief in a being of some sort existing there, maybe in a house or wood or the larger environment. And credible people report seeing something that fits the expected appearance of the being. This may be animal or human-like. You could say the Loch Ness monster is a tulpa.

On the more negative side, it can be created through dark practices, like a thought-form as a curse or by black magic, creating a dark energy that begins to take on its own awareness.  The ancient tribal elders from around the world, the San of the Kalahari, Native American, Pacific and Antipodean tribal elders, they speak of evil sorcerers who created this kind of thing, good shamans gone bad. The Navajo skinwalker may be an example of this kind of being.

For myself, I have come across a being, like a nature spirit, that existed in a very old church and came into being because of the energy of many generations of prayer, condensed in the building over time until the energy formed into that little being, like a brownie, a being with conscious intent.

Tulpa is a very interesting word and I decided to repurpose it.

Right now, in 2021, so much energy is coming to us from the higher realms to support humankind to increase their experience of embodying three special qualities, they are love, peace and truth.

I noticed that ‘Truth, Unconditional Love, Peace = Awake!’ spells TULPA.  Lovely, isn’t it?

Imagine if we all collectively made a tulpa of truth, unconditional love and peace?  And it became a conscious living energy in its own right?  Wow, right?

So, let’s break these qualities down.  Now, Truth is a big one.

I think it’s really difficult to live one’s truth completely in the kind of society we have built for ourselves.  So much has been created through deceit and lack of integrity.  We expect it of our politicians and we still vote them in.  We have accepted it as a part of life.

When it comes to truth, I’m not really thinking about others, I’m thinking about me. We all need to look at ourselves and be up front about how much honesty, integrity and authenticity we have. We cannot be our authentic selves whilst there is any dishonesty, falseness or misrepresentation going on in our lives, whether it’s with ourselves or with others.

If we look at ourselves we can see where we need to be doing a bit of cleaning up. If we are wont to say things we don’t mean, if we are being dishonest to anyone, if we don’t live our truth, settle for less, keep secrets for an easy life, it’s time to set some steps in place, starting small, to clean up our ways. I have been doing this and I must admit I was, at first, scared of coming clean about a few things. In every case, things never kicked off in the way I expected they would, the universe looked after me. Actually, I started with the big, obvious things, and now it’s the little general conversations where I need to ensure I consistently protect my integrity and honesty.

Unconditional Love is no easier than truth. Reason being, we tend to hold judgements and set standards and expectations and it’s really difficult to drop them. Especially as, in some situations we can see those as protective. So, let’s start with ourselves. Now, that’s a big one, to hold unconditional love for oneself. And then, extend it to our nearest and dearest. No judgements, no expectations, remember? Do unto others as we would have done to us. And do unto ourselves as we would have others do to us. That’s unconditional love.

Ah, Peace. If our life is chaotic, it’s because we don’t know how to find our inner peace. If we get confused or sad, being able to go to a place of peace is imperative. You can’t be sad with peace in your heart because love blossoms wherever peace is and love will lift you up. Peace, as I often say, is a place we go where only love exists. Love is the opposite of fear and fear is every emotion that isn’t love. When we learn to go inside to our place of inner peace and call peace into our energy, then, we enter love.

All of these energies, love, peace and truth already exist inside us. That means we can always find them inside ourselves and go there. We can ask our guides, our angels, the Creator or Universal energies, whatever your preference, to take us there, to send us their love or peace or truth so we can resonate with it, breathe it in. Then, we sit with it. Breathing it in and out. Sending it through our entire being. Grounding and manifesting it by sending it into the Earth through the soles of our feet to anchor, through our roots. The more often we do this, the more often our lives will naturally start to change, so there’s less chaos, less judgement, less expectations, less dishonesty or lack of integrity in our lives.

And it all happens with ease. That’s why TULPA is a really good way of remembering to embody and express truth, unconditional love and peace for ourselves and everyone else.

Divine Union Is You

We live our lives with the illusion of separation and it causes us so much trouble and gives us so many rich experiences for our growth.

A double edged sword, you might say.

We are now fast-tracking our growth and healing and bringing that sense of separation to an end as we invite and embody divine union.

How do we do this? We activate and ignite our twin flame.

Your twin flame is an energy that sits at the core of your soul. Activating it is akin to connecting with the truth of our being. You see, we are divine. You are divine, you are divine now, always have been, always will be. You are never alone, you are a beacon of love, in fact, you are love incarnate. You are always everything that is, everything.

But the question is, do you sense, feel, acknowledge these deep truths about you?

If you do, you will never seek anything outside of yourself.
You will never feel lonely or as though you don’t belong.
You will never need healing.
You will always be complete and balanced.

And that’s just for starters. It’s time to activate your twin flame. Because your twin flame IS divine union. It is the divine feminine and divine masculine that you are, combined. Because we are all both.

And when you activate divine union at the core of your being, your soul, you BECOME your divine truth. You wake up to being the divine being you always were. You rock it.

Imagine going through life KNOWING you are divine. BEING your divine self.

To activate your twin flame requires an energetic activation process that I would LOVE to take you through on my TWIN FLAME ALCHEMY online workshop.

It takes place on FRIDAY 13th AUGUST at 3.30pm to 5.30pm British Summer Time.
It costs only £15

Not only will you ignite your twin flame but you will also receive a sacred soul initiation, integrating you with the full spectrum of your soul and entitling you to enrol on all future amenet drago : Soul Mastery workshops.

You will experience not one, but two energy chambers where you will meet your twin flame embodied as a person or persons and then manifest your twin flame into your life as a person who acts as a mirror for you and creates sacred, divine union with you, in the form of your choosing.

I can assure you, every one of my offerings is deep, profound, transformative and life changing. Go HERE to read what people have to say.

Honestly, are you crazy enough to say no to this?!?

I Am Present

Even if I seem distant,

If I seem quiet,

Know that I am present.

Unconditional love stays at source

And will not follow into darkness.

I am waiting.

Holding the light.

I will not give false platitudes,

But make silent prayers for you.

I place my whole being into the hands of the Creator

And trust that you make space for the Creator within you.

I will stay with the source, loving you as the source loves you.

I will not give the comfort that your wounded child craves,

But my soul glorifies in the presence of your perfect soul.

You may choose what you will,

Wander where you wish,

Even into darkness, confusion, chaos.

I will not move into the abyss with you.

I remain at the place of truth.

Whether or not you see me, whether you hear or feel me,

I am present.

You Are the Catalyst for Change

Think of a situation in your life that is causing you difficulty, upheaval, pain, or stress.

Imagine if you approached the situation with the awareness that unconditional, eternal, limitless love exists within your being and that you can easily express, embody, and ground this love.

This means love would manifest through your actions, reactions, expressions, creations, and thoughts.

The way you communicate, both with yourself and with others, would alter and transform dramatically.

Try to imagine the unconditional, eternal, limitless love within your being at this moment.

Imagine, sense, or acknowledge that it is radiating outwards.

Then, think of the difficult situation, radiate this love to the difficult situation.

As you do so, observe your perspective, the way you perceive yourself and the situation.
Notice if it changes in any way.

The more love you send to the situation, the more it will transform within your being.

The difficult situation will transform within your being because it was created from an energy within your being.

Therefore, this will naturally be projected into your life, experienced by you in the coming hours, days, weeks, or months.

Imagine if you approach every single situation and experience from this space, you will begin to create a momentum.

You are the catalyst for change and the creation of love.

With a focus on the power of your love, you create a loving reality and a loving sense of being for yourself to experience every day.

Oh God, Who Art Thou?

Recently, I read a Facebook conversation about using the word God as a form of swearing. And like Facebook discussions sometimes do, it turned into a heated debate. This one was between some devout Christians and some that clearly think Christians are deluding themselves. There’s nothing like Facebook conversations to bring out a polarity of views.

The original question was about phrases people can’t stand and I was surprised to see how many were offended when people say “oh my God!”

I’m not really a user of this phrase but do sometimes say, “oh my Goddess!” and yet, I’ve never felt as though I’m offending the Goddess, more so honouring her, really. I sense it’s all a matter of perspective and intent, and, I suppose, many who do use that phrase, do so without thinking.

The word ‘God’ has never really felt a comfortable one for me, I’ve often avoided using it, opting for ‘The Creator’. ‘God’ has a masculine gender identity and I don’t feel the Creator has gender. The Creator includes everything and therefore is a perfect mix of both feminine and masculine energies.

My sense is that every one of us is a mix of feminine and masculine energy, and energy is what we are, in our fundamental state of being. I’m a woman, capable of being soft and feminine but can also bring out my masculine attributes, directive, active energy. Every woman can be the same and every man can be soft and nurturing. It’s all energy. Can you sense both the feminine and masculine qualities inside yourself?

I don’t think the Creator is much concerned, let alone offended, with swearing or name-calling. It feels like the kind of concern humans with ego and judgmental, critical bias would apply.

The Creator must have heard it all. To me, the Creator’s greatest qualities are unconditional love and compassion. That vengeful, easily offended deity depicted in the Old Testament just isn’t on my radar. I put that understanding of God down to humans interfering with the ancient texts, using God to wield their own power. It smacks of power over and the Creator’s power is found within.

I will be more aware if ever the God-word slips out, I’ve noticed that my expletives have naturally diminished under the influence of my more enlightened soul. Every word we utter is energy, every word is power, a spell and a prayer. As we raise our energies, so we reduce those lower vibrational habits. Even though we may not much notice, our soul is aware of what serves us and elevates us and what doesn’t. And when invited, our soul will regulate our thoughts, words and actions for our greater fulfilment.

“Who Loves Ya Baby?”

Busy life? Not enough time to look in the mirror? Life in the fast lane. Look around and take note, who really loves you? When it seems everyone is needing something, remember who’s always been there for you.

Who really loves you? Who’s always been on your side, morning and night? Who’s gonna see to it that you’re treated right?

You have got the world at your feet and that’s not always easy,
All those people caring yet you’re still alone.
I understand what’s behind the feelings,
I think I know you better than anyone.

I believe in you, yes!

Don’t ever get swept away by something not real
‘Cause the way I feel, oh I will always feel that way.
Who has always loved you?

I’ve always been on your side, morning and night.

I really love ya baby.

I remember this question, ‘Who loves ya baby?’ from Telly Savalas, yes, I’m of that age.  But when I checked it out I found these lyrics from an album called ‘Electric Love’ by Debbie Gibson and they are so apt.  When you read it, is it coming from another person, saying that they love you?  Read it again, this time as though your inner self is talking to you, as though this is about self-love.

The lyrics say that our inner self has always got our backs, has always been there and quite often, the opposite seems to be the case.  We can be our biggest critic.  We can put ourselves down more than anyone.  We can be very self-critical.  But if we are, we learned to do that from our most important care giver(s) when we were little children.  We learned this was an expression of love.  Indeed, our ego, our inner critic, our inner judge, all those parts of us are attempting to do what they believe is in our best interests, even as they do the opposite.
When we grow up, we get a chance to see things clearly, eventually.  We get a chance to notice that our attitude towards ourselves is self-destructive.  Trouble is, it’s been hard-wired into us since we were little and it’s difficult to break the circuit now.  But it can be done. Who do you love the most?  Let it be yourself.  If that’s a hard thing to do or accept, then, it needs some working on.  If it feels wrong, then you need to know it’s the only way to the kind of love with others we are all longing for.  Let that go and focus on you, the longing is getting in your way. When we find everything we need inside ourselves, when we don’t need anything from outside of us, it is only then we are ready for loving anybody else.

We come from a place of love for ourselves, first and foremost, and it’s only then we truly have what we need to hold others in the kind of open, healthy, trusting and unconditional love we have always been searching for.  It starts with ourselves.  So, if you haven’t made your love life about loving yourself as your priority and starting point, it’s time to change your tune.

I Am Not Responsible For You, You Are Not Responsible For Me

Have you ever found yourself drawn to help others, believing they should be doing what you think they should be doing? That they should be doing it the way you do? Sometimes, it’s difficult to stand back and watch those we love do things the hard way, or the ‘wrong’ way, do things their way, which is not our way.

Maybe they’re finding things difficult, appearing to miss the mark or are going down the ‘wrong’ route altogether, in our humble opinion. They could do with the benefit of our advice, surely? We’re just trying to help, after all.

We don’t know what their soul needs, what their path is, we don’t know whether their way will end up better for them in the long run, bringing them learning and wisdom in a way we could never have imagined.

This might just be a time to step back and trust. Offering our advice is not the same as getting involved. Maybe, we are watching a loved one ‘do the wrong thing’ (in our approximation) for our own learning. Perhaps our soul is giving us an opportunity to choose to focus on ourselves and let them do them as we stay with our own healing and spiritual evolution. Maybe we are hi-jacking ourselves from what really needs our attention, our own needs that we might be in denial about. Maybe we are activating our ‘rescuer’ or ‘fixer’ patterns that are unhealthy behaviours coming from a co-dependency wound. Maybe we are ready to learn that unconditional love means staying in a space of love and trust as we let our loved ones find their own way, even if they fail.

Maybe the learning here is for us.

“I Am Sovereign”

“I am sovereign.” These are the words of one who is embracing the truth of their being and it is an empowering daily affirmation to repeat this short, powerful statement. To be sovereign is to be one who is the source of their own needs. This person can truly say “I unconditionally love myself” and feel no sense of guilt or selfishness, for they are aware that to do so is a huge part of what makes them healthy, healed and whole.

Sovereign is a word that has a great deal of power. It encapsulates our personal power, our liberation, self-worth, authenticity and our ability to see ourselves as divine expressions upon the Earth.

Sovereign means we answer to ourselves and nobody else. We need no permission from anybody for anything we feel, speak, do or are. No permission for the decisions we make, the creations and expressions we choose to bring forth. Nor do we need acceptance, approval or acknowledgment from anyone outside ourselves. We no longer seek to fix or heal the relationships with our parents when we didn’t get our needs met, we know that the only healing to be done is the wounds we carry within us. We are no longer trying to be responsible for anybody except ourselves.

Sovereign means we truly own ourselves, value ourselves, we own our inner power and have no fear to express it in every moment. We stand at our centre, speaking and acting from a state of centredness. To say “I am sovereign” is a powerful way to claim all of this and more.

Here’s a story about sovereignty, it was written down around 1388 by Geoffrey Chaucer, although it was probably already an old tale. It is from The Canterbury Tales.

The story is about a knight who raped one of Queen Guinevere’s maidens. The penalty is death but the queen decides to give the knight a year to find the answer to a question, if he tells her the correct answer within that time he will not die, otherwise, he’s toast. The question is “What do women want?”

This is a moral tale that’s all about the empowerment and sovereignty of women. The knight can only succeed if he learns a fundamental respect for women.

The knight sets off and everywhere he goes, he asks men and women the question. He gets a different answer from everyone but the knight doesn’t think any of the answers are the truth the queen is after.

It’s nearly the end of the year and the knight is returning to the castle to face his death. On his way, he sees a group of twenty-four maidens dancing and as he approaches they disappear, replaced by what the book calls “a lothly lady”, meaning she was old and very ugly upon the eye. She promises the knight she will tell him the answer if he agrees to give her what she asks of him.

At the castle, the knight tells the queen, as instructed by the lothly lady, that what women want is sovereignty. This is the correct answer and the queen spares the knight’s life. Then, the lothly lady tells the knight that what she wishes in return is to marry him. The knight is appalled at the prospect but has no option and they are married.

As they go to the marriage bed together, the knight is upset and reluctant. The old lady asks him if he would prefer an old and ugly wife who would be entirely faithful to him, or a young and beautiful wife who won’t be faithful. She tells him she will be whichever he chooses. The knight ponders this and says, “I will accept whatever you decide, my dear.” She declares that his wise answer has honoured her sovereignty, she therefore becomes a young, beautiful and faithful wife. He leans in to kiss her and as he does, he is looking at the most beautiful young woman he has ever seen. Lesson learned.

When we don’t learn our life lessons, sometimes, the lothly lady will come knocking on our door bringing us kick-ass challenges to face that turn our world upside down. Sometimes, it takes that for us to get it. She is the Goddess in her Crone aspect.

Standing As Earth Invocation

Blessings and greetings from this Earth-soul to all Earth-souls.

Between the 14th of January and the 13th of February, I am one of many ‘Standing as Earth’, participating in a social media experiment that explores what it means to create from, speak and stand as something that is bigger than my individual self in this time of shift and renewal.

We are exploring how the medium of social media can support the emergence of creating something beyond our personal self but still be personal, subverting the personality and ego traps that we are all susceptible to in using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and instead using them to stand and speak as the Earth in this time of planetary initiation.

I am excited to be involved in the experiment because I am an advocate for unity consciousness and this is an opportunity to see something beautiful and creative unfold towards that actuality, in a big, bold and concrete way.  For myself, I see our journey taking us all to a place of such oneness, such unity, that we are one with not only the Earth but the Cosmos and thus, Divine Presence.  I look forward to the day when all the people on Facebook and Instagram are identifying as ‘Divine Presence’ with a personal photo of a blazing light or field of white.  A day when we see each other’s divinity before all else, when we feel and sense the divinity within ourselves as our place from which we feel, think, speak and act in all matters.

Beloved Mother Earth already knows this place of divinity within, so do we and we are remembering to find it inside ourselves again now.  By embracing our beloved Mother Earth in unity, we are opening up to our truth and our greatest expression of being.

I would like to take a moment to express my deep gratitude to those who have been the fertile place where this experiment took root, thank you for keeping it safe and enabling it to grow into the beautiful blossoming creation it is now and will become.

Thank you to every soul who is standing beside me in this experiment.  We are one and unconditional love flows freely between us all.  What we are building here is greater and more powerful than the most destructive weapon humanity ever tried to build.  This is what power is for, the power of love and unity.  Nothing can stand against us when we are all standing as Earth.

If you’d like to follow or get involved with this experiment, please follow the link to this group: https://bit.ly/39vhIVR

Love: Fourth Skill for Life

You might wonder why we didn’t start this mini-series of Skills for Life with love, and you’d be right to think that.  Love comes first, love is the foundation upon which everything sits.  I bring it in now because when conscious breathing, finding our inner peace and focussing our imagination are in place, then love blossoms.  And wow, how it blossoms.

Individually, these skills are mighty, combined, they are incredibly powerful.  Using them, all that we are can be fully expressed throughout our physical beings.  With conscious breathing, we calm our mind and body, we enter a deeper, more healed and expansive state of awareness.  Through the breath, we are utilising the focus, control and mastery required for manifestation, realisation and enlightenment.  When we enter our place of inner peace, we become still, balanced, aligned.  We open to love in the grandest of senses, the all-encompassing, unconditional kind of love.  When we bring in our imagination, visualising what we are choosing, when everything is together and coming from that place of love, well, can you imagine it?  There is nothing like it.

From this place, there are no bad days because bad days are welcomed as teachers.  There are no difficult situations because we allow them.  There are no opponents, even our most difficult opponent is overcome.  And do you know who that is?  Yes, we are our most difficult opponent.  Nobody judges us as harshly as we judge ourselves, nobody puts us down and calls us names as shamelessly as we do to ourselves.  Nobody kicks us when we are down as much as we kick ourselves.  The kind of love we need most of all is love for ourselves.  That’s the foundation, that’s where it starts.  Love yourself first.  Don’t fight yourself.

Right now, in this moment, let your breathing become relaxed and slow.  Now, go to the place of inner peace that exists inside you and feel the serenity, let it permeate your entire being.  Peace is the complete absence of fear and fear is every emotion that isn’t love, whether it manifests as anger, frustration, shame, guilt, worry, anxiety, stress, depression, loneliness, doubt, hate, bitterness, sadness, all of it is an expression of fear.  When you find peace, only love exists there.  There is nothing wrong with these emotions, they all bring their gifts, they are all guests to welcome, but you can have a break, you can find the peace and love inside you.

Open your imagination to love, let love blossom throughout your being.  Using your imagination, see love in whatever form it appears for you.  Let it unfold as you focus on yourself.  Send yourself some loving thoughts, notice the loving feelings welling up for yourself.  Using your intent and will, send it all flowing into your heart chakra.  Fill yourself up every morning and then let your day begin.
